I utilize a showing service called ShowingTime to provide my clients the advantage of easier showings. The service provides a state of the art system that allows Buyers agents to instantly access showing instructions and scheduling either by phone or online. Sellers can respond to showing requests via text, email, mobile app, or when contacted by the Service by phone. The system provides a complete record of all showings. My clients can also access real time showing feedback online.

Helpful Reminders on Showings

• It is recommended that Sellers/Owners not be present during scheduled showing appointments. 
• Communicate the importance of showings with others in the household.
• Leave on lights, especially lamps, and soft music if possible, and make sure your home is "show ready" for appointments. 
• Some showing requests can be last minute. 
• If you are able to accomodate the request, go ahead and allow the showing.  If you are not able to accomodate the request, try to offer other available times that you could accomodate the showing.
• Unfortunately there are times that showing appointments are rescheduled or cancelled at the last minute.
•  If an agent or a potential buyer appears at your front door without scheduling an appointment, for safety reasons do not allow them entry to your home.  Tell them to contact me directly.
